Our analyzers monitor the O2/CO2 concentration in a wide variety of areas, whether in welding and soldering technology, the semiconductor, pharmaceutical or food industry, they are used wherever precise monitoring is required.
Through years of experience with a wide variety of customer needs and wishes, we have designed our analyzers to be flexible for many purposes and are constantly developing them further.
Equipped with intuitive menu navigation, all important parameters can be set and changed within a very short time.

Standard Versions

Zr-Ox EPC

…is the basic model and is used for continuous measurement of oxygen or O2/CO2 concentrations in gas mixtures.

Zr-Ox EPC Spot

…is our table-top device that can be used for random sample measurement of products that are packaged industrially or also for checking individual special packages.

Zr-Ox EPC VM

…is an analyser that is used, for example, in packaging machines to continuously measure and control the oxygen or O2/CO2 concentrations in the process. Furthermore, it is possible to carry out a random sample measurement with a separate sampling to ensure additional safety.

Custom-made products

Zr-Ox EPC 3GAS

…is a more flexible modification of the basic model. The device changes the measurement automatically or externally controlled in order to monitor several processes simultaneously.

Zr-Ox EPC SMC

…is equipped with an integrated proportional valve to control the gas supply directly without an external signal or valve.

Zr-Ox EPC EXS

…is a version with an external sensor that can be installed directly in the system to minimise relative measurement errors.

Other

A fast version with a high total flow (for closed-loop systems) is also available on request.
Or if you want to measure in overpressure from 0.2 -10 bar, as well as in the high temperature range from 200°C-1200°C.
